The Role: Business Automation & Compliance Systems Specialist
We’re seeking an experienced automation specialist to architect and implement integrated workflows across our operations. This is a strategic engagement—not simply configuring tools but designing systems that support operational resilience and scalability.
You bring:
– Expertise in building cross-platform automation solutions that reduce manual processes
– Deep understanding of compliance and operational workflows
– Ability to translate business requirements into elegant, maintainable systems
– Strong documentation and communication skills for end-user adoption
– Independence and accountability in remote delivery
Phase 1: The Foundation
Design and implement workflow-based systems that automate core operational processes

Your Toolkit:
– Zapier, Zoho Flow, or similar integration platforms

Phase 2: Inventory Integration
Configure and integrate Zoho Inventory across operational workflows

Contract Type: Freelance, 100% Remote
