Commercial & Residential Airconditioning
Air Conditioning
We design, install, repair and service the following equipment
VRV
The Daikin VRV system is a multi-split air conditioner with heat recovery or heat pump for commercial buildings. It uses variable refrigerant flow control to maintain individual zone control across rooms and floors. VRV systems offer powerful, duct-free cooling, making them ideal for homes, offices, and multi-story buildings. They provide energy-efficient, space-saving air conditioning at an affordable rate.
VRF
Like the Daikin VRV, the Samsung VRF (DVM S) system performs the work of multiple air conditioners. As the largest, most compact DVM system, it delivers powerful, energy-efficient performance, saving on costs and space while ensuring reliable coverage for large areas. VRF systems use outdoor units connected to multiple indoor units via refrigerant piping to cool and heat individual zones.
Package/ Air Handling
Packaged air conditioners are self-contained units with all essential components in one. Air handling units (AHUs) are large commercial systems installed outside, delivering chilled or heated air through ducts. Customizable and made-to-order, AHUs are ideal for large spaces like theatres and malls, ensuring air circulation and meeting strict air quality regulations by reducing the need for multiple blower fans.
Chillers/ Boiler
A boiler/chiller system combines a chiller, boiler, pumps, and HVAC controls in one engineered package, ideal for large commercial and industrial use. These hydronic systems use water or liquid to efficiently heat and cool, allowing for multiple zones and reduced energy use. Boilers provide heating, while chillers remove heat from liquids to produce cooled water for cooling.
Cassette/ Underceiling
A cassette air conditioner is a split system with an indoor unit mounted in the ceiling and an outdoor unit. It delivers hot or cool air through vents without requiring ductwork. The conduit is hidden in the ceiling, making it ideal for homes, offices, and apartments. Cassette systems are quiet, as the noisy condenser is located outdoors.
Multihead
Multi-head split system air conditioners run multiple indoor units from a single outdoor unit. Each indoor unit operates independently, providing personalized climate control while minimizing outdoor unit installation and maintenance. These systems are ideal for homes and apartments with limited outdoor space, offering flexibility and efficiency similar to traditional split systems but with fewer outdoor components.
Ducted
Ducted air conditioning, also known as central air con, efficiently heats and cools entire homes or workplaces. The system consists of an indoor unit, typically hidden in the roof space, and an outdoor unit. Ducts connect the indoor unit to each room, allowing the outdoor unit to distribute hot or cold air, effectively controlling the temperature throughout the space.
Splits
A split system air conditioner consists of an indoor and outdoor unit. The indoor unit absorbs heat while the outdoor unit cools and pumps cold air inside. These units are connected by insulated tubes that pass through a small wall hole. Split systems are compact, efficient, and cost-effective, making them ideal for heating or cooling single rooms.
Evaporative Cooler
Evaporative coolers (water cooler) utilizes evaporation to cool the air. Hot, dry outside air is drawn through water-saturated cooling pads, where the water evaporates and absorbs heat, lowering the air temperature. A fan then circulates the cool air throughout the home via a network of ducts. This method is energy-efficient and effective in dry climates for maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures.
Chillers
The chiller cools the building by removing indoor heat and expelling it outside. It circulates cooled water through pipes to air handling or fan coil units, which use the chilled water to cool the air distributed throughout various spaces. Chillers can be either air-cooled or water-cooled, depending on system requirements.
Boilers
Boilers generate warm air through the heated water in a tank. The heat is transferred to the air through radiators or fan coil units, which is then distributed into the building’s spaces to increase the temperature. This is known as radiant heating. Boilers can be fuelled by natural gas, oil, electricity, or other sources, depending on the system design.
